Creating the remarketing audience list
- Log in to https://ads.google.com
- Click the top right wrench icon, “Tools & Settings”
- Click “Audience Manager” under Shared Library

Ok this one is pretty big – by default Google automatically shows your list to people on mobile phones and tablets who are using apps; apps are a massive money sucking hole that, most small business owners setting this up and even professional people setting this up, fail to notice or exclude.
You must go here and exclude the apps from showing your remarketing ads or you will burn a lot of money for almost no return. You have to click on Mobile Apps and Apple Apps and literally click the box to exclude all 150+ individually.
